I own a Lee Turret press and have a few die sets but was thinking about the PCBS hand priming tool. Just wondering if the case holder than comes with the Lee dies for each caliber will bit into this RCBS device?

NO, they will not work and I'm sure because I tried.
The problem is, at the bottom of the case holder where it slips into the press or hand primer the RCBS holder has a square cut at the bottom and the Lee holders are square on one part and angled on the other. The Lee holder will not push back far enough in the RCBS hand primer to line up correctly.
Note, both Lee and RCBS holders will fit in all standard presses, it's just the RCBS hand primer where I noticed a problem. (I'm upset I had to buy duplicate shell holders)

Did you modify anything? I looked and tried without modification and I can't see a way.
I have had to slightly modify some shell holder brands to work on my RCBS hand primer, but nothing major. Mostly it was opening up the hole underneath to fit the plastic insert better so they could slide down over it all the way. I am using several Lee shell holders. I did just start buying only RCBS shell holders eventually.

i had to trim some plastic on the part that the shellholder sits on to make Lee shellholders fit.

OK, so I probably will buy RCBS shell holders to use with the RCBS hand primer, but when I looked it up on Amazon.com it only gives the number of the shell holder, not the caliber. Is there a conversion chart somewhere? I will be reloading 38 special, 40S&W, 45 acp and 380 acp

the trouble is that some of them fit snd some don't. Won't know until you try.
Or you could use the RCBS Universal and forget about shell holders altogether. I liked the first one so much, I bought a second so I can have one for large and one for small primers. I'm lazy like that. So far they've worked great in the calibers I've tried them in, but can't speak for any others.

Yes, I went with the RCBS Universal hand priming tool as well. I was tired of dealing with shell holders from my Lee Auto Prime days. (Note, the round tray Lee Auto Prime was a fantastic priming tool)..
Anyway, I bought 4 of the RCBS units, two with trays, two for APS strips, each pair set up for large and small primers.
Unfortunately, the RCBS Universal hand primers do not work with 410 brass shot shells.

I wish I could spend $60 on each of 4 redundant primers but I can't. I bought the RCBS hand primer that uses shell holders because it was $20 less expensive than the universal hand primer.

I have minimum three of each size shell holder. If single staging some.experimental magnum pistol round can put a die in three presses, shell holder and work my load till its tweaked then fill my box for however many I wanted then break down for next experiment. If the experiment works really good, I move the.setup onto a progressive caliber change kit then order another set of dies for small group experiments.

I also have the universal and on Cabelas its only about 12 bucks more. That is only a few shell holders if your Lee doesn't work. I like the Universal, I use it all of the time. The only issue is the little ram wrench is starting to strip, which is probably the same on both of them.

Ordinarily, I also have to stretch every dime as far as possible. But, since giving my old Lee primer to my mother (for rubber bullets), and I had it break on me once, I always wanted to keep a second unit handy just in case. It seemed a no-brainer to set up the universals for large and small.
BTW, they're on sale at midway right now. About 52 bucks I think.
