I took my new 610 out to the range today (along with my Javelina which is in another thread) and ran some rounds through it. I didn't shoot it a whole lot as I didn't have any moonclips with me and knowing that it would fire - it is a revolver - I wanted to run the Javelina a bit.
The 610 functioned perfectly despite having no moonclips. Total number of rounds fired was somewhere around 24. I had a new revolver shooter out with me and he managed to shoot out the center of the target with only 4 rounds. The remaining 2 went through the gaping hole in the center of the target. I managed to do about the same although I was unable to save the target to post here (he got carried away and trashed my targets).
The action on this 610 is one of the best I have ever seen. Double action shots were easy to pull off and the trigger pull is barely perceptible in single action. Recoil was very mild which I attributed to the heavy weight of the gun combined with factory ammo. Further testing and posting will be done with full-power reloads as soon as I am able to find some powder.
For those of you that are thinking about the 610, buy one when you can find it!
