Brandon has a video where he uses a .22lr pistol to hit a gong almost a quarter mile away, off hand.

I play around at the range and I can hit a dinner size paper plate @50 yards with a J frame .38 Special revolver. You can teach yourself almost anything if you practice enough and forget about those who tell you it can't be done. It's great to see the faces of those who call a J frame a "belly gun" when you put a whole bunch of holes in a plate 150 feet away instead of only 1 foot away...

That was his practice session for shooting with shorter barrel Glock 27 at 230 yards.
