One more of my "borderline too many" Ruger "Sixes", a circa 1973 "humpback, no warning" 6 inch Security Six.

One more, a trusty nightstand gun that requires no heavy thinking to operate...the semi-rare factory bobbed hammer DAO Ruger Police Service Six in .38 Special. One of the most handsome guns ever made I think.

Boricua, did you soften the edges on that GP? Or does that Talo version come that way?

I love it! Gorgeous gun!

Thanks! Yes, the gun comes "melted" from the factory, including the front edges on the cylinder.

In the spirit of a picture thread, here's the other side...

All S&W pre locks in .22. .38. and .357 calibers ONLY. It isn't so much a collection as more of a 401K I can have fun with.

Here is one you don't see every day. A .357 Securities Industries with 2 1/2" barrel, recessed cylinder, square butt, and factory finger grove grips.

Hello friends and neighbors // Outstanding family photo!! 1 old 0311-1, you have more money in grips then most have in revolvers. I'd love to see the list.

brbdwyr ,, I rarely drool these days but the Official Police is a real beauty, who did the work?

Yes, you gotta love Dan Wesson. I have .22, .38/.357 but am still looking for the right .44 pistol pac.

Enjoy the search you two ... thanks for the eye-candy!
