I expect to see alot of money funneled into the CO local elections in 2014 to try to save the D after what they did. $50k can make a big difference in a local race and is nothing to Bloomberg

I hope 2014 is the year we send another clear message and throw out the politicians that voted for, and support more gun control laws.

NV and AZ can boot Reid and McCain anytime soon please. Harkin is done I think in 2016but he's already endorsed an ultra-lib for his spot, and that guy hasn't been unseated from the House yet.

All of us who vote have politicians in our districts that we need to flush.

Very true. We may not have massive cash on our side, but we do have passion and grass roots reach. Talk to your friends, your family, the guy in line at the grocery store, talk to anyone who will listen as to which politicians need supporting and which ones need deporting!

Agree 100%. Personally I will vote against an incumbent in the primary, given that there is a viable alternative, just to keep them honest.

I used to vote for a D or R depending on who I felt was the best candidate but with the way the parties put pressure on members to vote party line I no longer vote for the guy with the D behind his name. Too much pressure on them to vote against the 2nd Amendment.

Bloomberg needs to just go away.

Its a fallacy in the gun-control crowd's thinking that their side has near the passion or the organization that the 2A side has. The second the NRA-ILA sends out an alert, 4.5 million members begin writing their senators. The second we know how those senators voted, we're working on unseating them, or keeping them where they are. The second that any of the anti-gunners send out their drivel, all the anti-gunners respond with a collective head nod....and thats it. Its not a great secret that concealed carry permit holders tend to be some of the most active voters out there, and its easy to guess who they tend to vote for.

The gun control crowd rides moral outrage, but it doesn't have near the numbers of our side or the organization. Bloomberg and Gifford can rage about "voting out" those senators who voted against gun bills, except the fail to realize that we're the ones that have the numbers to keep or get rid of any gun-grabbers - not them.

We all need to read and heed that the 2014 elections are going to be just as important as what happened this month in the Senate. Bloomberg and Giffords are going to be pushing the point hard.

Bill Clinton warned the gun control crowd about the intensity of gun owners. Other have observed that anti-2A sentiment is mostly "a mile wide and an inch deep."

mccain and reed are safe where they are.
