Even without my cheater glasses I recognized your pic as a Bob W. gun. I'm proud to say that he is one of my great friends. His work is beyond reproach. He's also a great pistol shooter. See more of his work at greyhavenarms.com.

Glad to see some of you folks shooting the older BP pistols.
The newer styles are an eye opener to me. Amazing diversity, zimmerstutzen ty for posting!

I have a couple, one I don't shoot that indexes well with good lock up. Might see what the gunsmith has to say.
Colt 1851 Navy, .36cal manuf, in 1861. Colt 1851 Navy with Peace Flask.jpg
Samuel Colt was still alive, I like to think he might have pulled this one off the line for a minute or two. You never know....

The other I have shot infrequently with each barrel. The 4" is my favorite.
Pietta 1861 Navy .36cal. pietta1861navyreproduction.jpg Sort of gives me the feel of shooting the 1851 without the history.

Purchased from Smokin Gun right here at THR. Still feel lucky to have the set.

Grey Haven stuff

Interesting bunch of guns, including the one I made for Pete-thanks Pete! And thanks to Paul for his kind comments. So here are some of my other pistols, and one pocket rifle (the latest creation off the Grey Haven press.)
