He has pre-mounted his percussion caps into pieces of fish tank air tubing and is using one piece for two caps.
Somebody needs to buy him a capper.

Is that what it is? i thought he was using tape rolled around the caps so they are in the right direction. IMO this is better then a capper

I have some older #11s and ive had issues with them getting stuck on the nippes where i couldnt get em off. The new #11 CCI are to loose so i bend them a little so they stay on but i dont have to use a crow bar to get em off.

Once i bend them i cant get them in the capper i have.

Thanx Float Pilot.
I can see that now.
Mmm...aint that a bit precarious shoving them caps in them tubes from the business end ? :uhoh:

From the color of the smoke, I'd bet he's shooting Pyrodex.

A Ted Cash Snail capper would make the capping so much easier.
Five minutes with a Dremel tool on the Remington and the capper will workthere as well.

Hey Noz. Are you saying that the area around the nipples needs opened up on the '58 to allow the use of the Ted Cash ?
I ask this because I'm considering getting the Cash. I have only '58's and ROA's.

Yes it's very effective , especially in winter, 4mm/ 0.15" silicon oxygen pipe tube for fish tank."
