Tony Blair’s daughter Kathryn Blair has been held up at gunpoint by two muggers near her home, it has emerged.

The 29-year-old barrister came face to face with the thieves as she and her boyfriend were walking their dog shortly after the wedding of her brother Euan.

The two men, one armed with a gun, demanded cash and jewellery before suddenly fleeing empty-handed.

Well It is OBVIOUS the UK government needs to crack down on the Olympic Shooters .22s! The Olympic team keeps their guns in France and the Olympic contestants go to France to practice but we know they must somehow be responsible for these gun crimes!!!!

Yes, 'sensible' gun legislation is right around the corner and they will do it for the children!

Perhaps if she were armed with a shotgun (Still allowed under British law) and fired it randomly in the air as suggested by VP Biden, this whole incident could have been avoided.
