I am 6'3 and the 22 semi auto rifles I have tried at the gun shop are ridiculously small on me and would be uncomfortable to shoot. Do they make any 22 semi auto rifles that are full sized.

I ran into an old Wards/Western Field .22 auto with a tube mag just yesterday. Way larger and longer than most of the .22 rifles sold today. Maybe look for something older and clean up the innards?

Perhaps an aftermarket stock? Or fit the rifle with a thick recoil pad simply for the increase in LOP?

Apparently Hickock45 on You Tube is always complaining about the same thing even on full size rifles. His "cure" is to fit thicker recoil pads or use the slip on recoil pads to stretch the LOP.

they make a 1" thick recoil pad for Ruger 10/22 my other 10/22 has a Fajen stock on it , feels like a big boys gun now, and it seems to me that the bolt guns seem to be a bit longer than the autos on the market today

It's not just the stock, (although that is part of the problem, and proper cheek weld wouldn't be solved by a recoil pad) it is the hand grip. I have very large hands and the grip around the stock area doesn't feel right.

I've got a Remington fieldmaster that handles like a lighter 870/760 maybe the semi auto version would work for you?
You could also try changing your stance a bit to bring your shoulder forward.

edit,

Just saw your comment about hand size. Maybe try different thumb positions?

Or get something that uses AR parts and extend the stock till it fits and buy what ever grip fills your mitt.

Boyds makes stocks for most any 22Lr made. I have a Marlin Model 60 in a Boyds 'Rimfire Hunter', and it gives the rifle an 'adult' feel and dimension that that the OEM stock (also likely made by Boyds, to smaller Marlin OEM dimensions) lacked.

I second the Remington 550. It's a full-size rifle that will shoot .22LR, .22L and .22S. Mine is as old as I am, has had (conservatively) 10,000+ rounds through it and continues to shoot well today. Even though it's an older gun, you can regularly find them on the "seller/broker" sites.

REmington 597 comes to mind. Full size 22 SA rifle. Pretty accurate for a inexpensive rifle. Trigger is not good but can be corrected.

Thompson/Center .22 Classic. It's out of production and a little harder to find, but I love mine. Exceedingly accurate, handles like a "real" rifle and a little different, which I like.

I bought a CZ-452 precisely because it was sized like a real rifle. There are also aftermarket stocks available for the 10/22 that make it more adult feeling.

The Weatherby Mark XXII is full-sized and a very nice piece of craftsmanship too, although rather spendy. I would also recommend the Remington 550. I have the 572 pump which is pretty much the same in terms of size and shape. I'm 6'1" and they both fit me well.

The CZ-512 or Ruger 10/22 DSP come to mind. The 10/22 "Wally World Special" has a full size sporter stock and 22" barrel. They are long discontinued, but the older Weatherby MKXXII were full sized, and very nice.

I have two T/C R55 rifles. They are very accurate and "meaty" enough for anybody.

Here's one with a suppressor (had to get the barrel cut for that, no factory R55s are threaded):

This other one is stock:

No offense, I'd like to see how big hands need to be to cause a problem. I regularly shoot my kids' Savage youth model .22s and I've yet to notice any issues that can't be easily compensated for. I'm only 6'2" so maybe my hands are smaller? You be the judge.

If you can't find anything else that fits you, you could go with a custom stock, or else you might consider an AR with a .22LR upper.

My Browning semi-auto feels full sized as does my early Remington Speedmaster made on the Browning patent (buttstock feed).
