NV open carry rally ?

Sorry, I saw the link was to an infowars broadcast and stopped watching. I don't give any time to anything infowars puts out.
 
The city ordinances of North Las Vegas and Boulder City prohibiting Open Carry have been pre empted by recent state law.Just be aware that business has the right to make you leave.
 
At least read up on the Bonus Army incident before undertaking this, and decide for yourself if it's really worth it. It matters less who is right and more who 'miscalculates' the other side when protestors take up arms...which is why it is to be avoided if possible (i.e. does this rancher really have no other recourse, now that he has national publicity and probably legal fund donations pouring in? Mission accomplished; no need for a stand off since he can have his day in court and not be swept under the rug)

Hmmm, well Greta Van Sustern spent over an hour interviewing the family members and getting their story last night. Is she not valid in your eyes, either?

Cliven Bundy is not asking for money, and he's not asking for volunteers to protest with them. However, people are showing up from cross-country ready to fight, and could sure use some basic advisement on open carry laws in NV. Thanks guys.

Yes, they're taking money.

Yes, they asked for people to come support them and used inflammatory language like "range war" in asking.

No, this isn't about RKBA, but about another issue and is being spun into an RKBA issue as well now.
