The hammer was swapped, largely for aesthetic reasons, but also for the lower hammer spur.Wow that's a beaut, I assume the hammer change wasn't just for aesthetic purposes?
I kept all the original parts in a bag....as I am prone to selling guns after having them for mere months......although I will try to hang onto this one!I just got the 45 Colt version.

The grip frame had to be relieved a few thousandths between the ears of the frame (left side) and in the rear (where hammer meets the frame).Did the Bisley hammer drop in, or did the grip frame need to be modified? Ruger's Bisley hammer won't drop into a standard frame without modification. Not sure if the Power Custom hammer will.
