I have the green and metallic scaled versions as well. I love that its made in America, has great lines akin to the Spydercos, which I really like. It is only 30 dollars and can be found at any Walmart. I know its not made of the most premium steel but mine has performed very well. I love it.

Yeah you were full, Sam. Have a good cigar today? Those inexpensive Ronson torch lighters are great buys. Nice blades too.

I like the design on that sleek little knife...great color on the scales as well, Gloob.

Nice cigars...my regulars are the Parodis dry cured cheroots.

I like that neck knife...not familiar with the make/model.

Found knife. USA made Kershaw. 3" blade. Assisted 1 finger open. Best pocket knife I have ever known. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1400556985.118849.jpg ImageUploadedByTapatalk1400557004.042558.jpg

-That laminate is very interesting, to be sure. What are the two materials?

-The "cheapos" can be jewels :) I like some of the UCs fancy designs...I had a nicely faux jeweled one I lost years ago....still miss it.

-I love the leathermen....I have a multitool I've had for 20 years and going strong.

-Kershaw makes some great designs...the finger flipper is quite convenient. Nice knife.

Kershaw Thermite clipped to strong side pocket. FourSevens QTL [Quark Tactical single (R)CR123] on the key ring, Nitecore IFD2 clipped to the weakside pocket.

The Thermite has replaced several more expensive folders as my edc, since I bought it a couple months ago. It was purchased to "try out" Kershaw's semi-low priced Chinese made frame locks. Obviously they're quite a value.

Ug...how goes your experiences with the Spydercos? Did you get resolution re: the problem areas?

Have not heard of the Thermite.

Which coldsteel knife?

I had one of their push daggers years ago and really liked the design...nice sharp edge and a semi-false edge on the reverse.

This Frankenknife :)

bought it on eBay for 1$ many moons ago. It`s an old Solingen fishing folder,
that apparently got a new blade welded to it. It´s carbonsteel,
sharpens faily easy and serves as my office knife.
(we haz a gas bbq on the terrace :) )

The Sardinian resolza has been getting a lot of carry and use. I'm getting very impressed by friction folders.

I've also been carrying my dad's old Christy knife just for the nostalgia factor, but it is a handy little sucker.
