You didn't actually think that it came with 14 magazines, did you?

I've never known any CZ to come with anything but two magazines. The Compact and its relatives have 14-round mags, 10 for states with capacity limits. They can also take the 16-rounders from the 75B but this will stick out of the grip.

If you add the SP-01 mag bottom to a 16 round mag, it fits the grip smooth. It still hangs down, but the is no gap between the base and the bottom of the grip.

The P-01 on the top has a 16 round mag in it right now. PCR has a 14 round mag with a rubber mag base.

I just picked up my brand-spankin'-new CZ 75 Compact on Thursday and it came with two 14-round magazines.

I remember a time when dirt bag dealers were taking the extra mags out of the case, to sell at inflated prices...
So yeah, you have a legit concern if it was described in the singular text.

Hmmm. I bought a P07 Duty from a local shop about 6 mos ago and it came with 1 mag. Second one cost me something on the order of $40 (only one I could find locally and not at same shop). Guess I wont be goung back there...
Having said that it is one damn fine accurate shooter and a great carry. CZs are an exceptional bargain for the money.

Glock blue label guns do come with 3 magazines, however, many have been delivered to the customer with only 2... At that time, you couldn't buy a Glock magazine anywhere

If your P07 was new, it should have had 2 mags with it.

Yes it ships with two mags, Even my Kadet .22 conversion kit came with two mags. Only time I had a problem with that was with a Steyr M9 I got. Came with one mag but the owners manual listed that it was supposed to have two. After some runaround with the dealer and the distributor, I was put in contact with yet another distributor and finally got my extra mag.

During the AWB of '94 it was common to get a pistol with an empty slot where the second mag went, and find it on the shelf for another $50-$100. Those dealers were ones I never, ever patronized again.
Nowadays all CZ pistols should come with 2 mags, one in the sidearm and one in the foam slot.

I just got a Shadow from CZ custom last week. It came with 3 mags.

That PCR has the P-01 sights, not the Novak style sights like mine. I know CZ has done this on occasion.

Good catch - I didn't see that. It wasn't milled for the normal Novaks, was it. Interesting.

My P 09 came with 2 mags but both were in the 'slot' of the case. Turn them on their sides and they both fit. That way you can have 1 in the gun and 2 in the slot to carry 3 in the case. Mags are a little pricey for the P 09's but during the Independnce Day holiday CZ ran an online special (I think on FB) of 15% off all orders over that weekend. Grabbed 2 more mags so mags had a few bucks off and shipping was bascially free. They do make great guns.

The PCR came wih the original sights. I just replaced the with night sights.

Still has the "step" where the original sights used to be.
