What is the last gun that you bought?

A used Kahr K9. I have been keeping an eye out for one for a while now, sometimes a 5" 1911 is a little too much.

Just picked up a Thompson Center Venture Dream Season in 30-06. My first longer range/high power weapon.

Really looking forward to heading out to the outdoor range and getting it all sighted in.

I bought 1/2 of a gun. New. :)

I bought a Lone Wolf Glock 20 Long slide. They are having a deal. Buy a slide and get a free barrel of your choice. Naturally I chose a common caliber. 9X25 Dillion.

My son and I went to the gunshow this weekend and picked up a savage axis 2 in 30/06. It came scoped with Chinese "weaver" glass, which is crap. I pull the scope and mounts, clean under the bases and lock tight them back down torqued to spec. I then rest my Nikon glass on good top-mount weaver rings, and the scope is too short.

I order a 1 piece rail, and then attempt to remove the bases that I just mounted, only to round those hex heads smooth. I then had the joy of drilling out those screws on a brand new rifle.

All is well, the old base came off with much pursuading, and we got the new rig shot in yesterday. It's a shooter.

Grabbed an old NH 250K for the kid. Was really surprised at the good shape it was still in.

At the funshow this afternoon ... nearing 20 years ago I had a Beretta 950 Minx, the house got broken into and it was the only gun not in the safe ... found one nearly identical to it, I sure as heck don't need it and may not ever shoot it but I bought it on the spot anyway  but on the bright side it shoots 22 short and I have some from the first one!

I bought a Delton complete upper and complete lower last year around this time. I've gone cold turkey on buying guns since then.

This is my first post on this forum and I just got my first AR platform rifle, it's a DPMS G2 308. Haven't even fired it yet but I plan on making it my new primary deer hunting gun. Good to join the group...

S&W 986.
Hope to pick it up today:

Last gun bought....

I bought an Uzi in 22 lr. From CDNN. $269, plus shipping and $10 transfer fee.
I've wanted an Uzi for 40 plus years. It's a real Uzi made under license by Walther. It's got 16 inch barrel inside a fake suppressor. Has the folding stock and is quite heavy for a 22. I've passed up a couple of the 9 mm ones because it didn't have the money($800 plus) nor a good supply of 9 mm ammo. I now have both the money and the 9 mm ammo available, but never found one over the last 10-15 years. This feels very good and is very well made. Fortunately I have a good supply of 22 lr on hand. I'm happy with it and my wife Is ok with it, for the price. I've been laid up for a while, but as soon as I can I'm going to shoot it. Ive looked at most of the You Tube videos , and am confident I've got something I'll really like. :D
