Carrying condition one is a matter of experience. If you are worried about that method of carry, you should not be carrying.

The Browning .380 1911 is a well designed weapon. Mr. Browning designed the pistol and the cartridge. Most of the comments are without merit, as you do not know crap about weapons. Learn how to shoot and any weapon you carry will be sufficient.

1911-Shooter Wally, my Puma also lost the insert out of the hammer. Sent it back for the steel upgrade, and when it came back it would only fire every third or fourth time. Needs a new firing pin I guess, but I cannot get in touch with their parts department. It presently is "Ballast" in my safe.

My Umarex so far has performed flawlessly. Aside from the excess and oversized print on the slide, (Looks cheap) I am happy with it.
