    380 loading

No...... 9mm dies are for 9mm. 380 Auto dies are for 380 Auto. They are two different cartridges, with some differences pointed out above.

    Anyone loading 223/5.56 with H 335, 55 gr bullets??

One thing I know for sure - Wolf small rifle magnum part number NCSRM will not work well with H335 Like many others, I experience about 5-10 percent no-fires and every 4th round or so is a slow-fire (click....bang). You should have no problems with WSR or CCI primers. Use Wolf primers...

    Case Prep Center Recommendation

I had the same question the OP had a few weeks back and based on the discussion in my forum searches I went with the Lyman as it sounded like the best overall performer. I picked up my Lyman a couple weeks ago and its some of the best reloading equipment money I ever spent. If you're doing...

    G.33/40 Mauser value

A friend of mine has an all original, all numbers matching G.33/40 that his father acquired in approximately the 1950s. I’ve done quite a bit of research on this and the only place I didn’t check is underneath the upper handguard to verify that serial number location. I don’t dare to try and...

    Shotgun reloading help

If you're refering to Remington "gun club" cases, they should reload fine for you. I've reloaded lots and lots of those with no problem.

    RCBS Turret PRess tips

I have an RCBS turret press and love it. I've got 3 heads and am set up for .38 Special, .357, 9mm, 40 S&W and 45 Auto. Yes, there's some "flex" but it isnt an issue. You can load "progressive" by rotating the head, but I use it more in "batch" form. The benefit that a turret press...

    Garands From CMP

Former law enforcement, military service etc, that can be documented makes you eligible. If you can document your law enforcement or military service, you do not have to belong to an affiliated club. Yes, purchases through the CMP are well worth it. You will never get a rifle that is worse...

    Are you a veteran?

20 years, 2 months, 22 days. Army National Guard. No regrets whatsoever, forgot about the bad/miserable times, remember the good. Started out as a 31V (unit level communications mechanic), got commissioned and remained a Combat Engineer. Got to spend time in several posts around the...

Help me feel good about Golden West Brass

I saw multiple threads indicating Golden West Brass as a good source for bullets. I visited their website and was attracted to their prices & selection. After two days of several attempts to reach them via telephone, there was finally someone there to answer the phone late in the afternoon...

    Ruger .308

It's worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it. Check out either gunbroker or auctionarms and look for similar auctions (completed listings) where the deal actually closed. Sometimes the final prices there are a little inflated, but they should give you some indication as to what...

    The Last M1 Rifle.....

My .02 - the $2000 figure would have to assume private industry doing the manufacturing. The fully loaded labor rates at Army depots would probably make that figure double if the Government were manufacturing the M1 nowadays. That, along with workmanship and quality issues permeating stuff...

    A couple of old vets

Thanks for the comments. Unfortunately, a scope for the K43 is beyond my reach - way beyond my reach. :(

    A couple of old vets

Here's my two old WWII era vets - not the greatest pics, but they're what I've got. An all numbers matching K43 my dad bought back in the late 50's - a Walther from 1945. My M1 Garand - May 1941 manufacture that was re-arseneled by the Danes in the mid 60's. I doubt the two of them ever...
