What issue are you running into with the Seating die?
I've seen the Deluxe set and the only difference between it and the regular die set is that it include a third die for neck sizing
The Seating die included in the set is the regular Seating die...which you would set up as you would any...

VBE isn't a special serial code, it's just part of the serial number.
