    The Cost of Reloading

Just figure the cost as your hobby. Many spend much more on golf, fishing, whatever. As long as you have the essentials covered and everybody is clean, warm, and fed, it's a great hobby and very rewarding. I too started late in life, got the reload "bug" and have far more rounds than I will ever...

Woo Hoo! Gun collection is now complete.

Congrats on YOUR gun collection. It is what you wanted and put together, that's all that matters. Pay no mind to what others think or collect, do what you do for you.

Anyone here use a Liberty Fatboy or Fatboy jr. safe??

I have a FatBoy, as well as a John Deere branded one built by Liberty. All my rifles are scoped and most have a pistol grip, I think there are about 12 per side. We have a show room close by and you can buy any kind of interior you need. Shelves, rifle racks, whatever you want. As stated they...

    Current Blackhawk .357s

Bought a .357/9mm convertible last year. Fit and finish were just fine. Shoots better than I do. While it won't shoot out a knat's eye at 100 yards, not many guns can. Personal opinion, never can go wrong with a Ruger Blackhawk.

Need opinion with choice of scope

Bigger is better for gathering light, also the 30mm tube gives more adjustment, especially at ranges out to 600yds. Personally like Vortex over Nikon, have both. The next guy you talk with will have the opposite advise. Look thru them both and make your own choice based on your vision. Good luck...

Are you a shooter or collector?

Started as a shooter. Got into hand loading, then started "collecting", odd calibers are the most fun to hunt down and "collect". More about the hunt then the collecting it seems.

    Lock ring on RCBS dies

Might try giving RCBS a call on their 800 number, had a few problems in the past and they have always made it right with the parts and have never been charged anything.

    Magnetospeed V3

I have a V2 and it works perfectly IF you set it up exactly as instructed. The distance under the barrel is critical. They supply all the shims you need to do it right. Take the time to set it up right and it works flawlessly for me on several different rifles. read the instructions exactly, do...

    reloading help

All the manuals cover the same info, some maybe easier to understand than others as they are presented somewhat differently. Any chance that you could check one out at a local library??? I have one of each manufacturer, just kept collecting them and received as gifts. Personally i like the...
