I paid cash to a shop for my 80% AR lowers before the election. Nothing to track them to me. That shop also carries the pistol receivers as well. .

No tracking, no serial number, no way for anyone to know you have it. (all of which is legal in the free states) Me, due to cost I would rather buy a complete handgun at a gun show for cash in a transaction with an individual. However I do realize that may not always be an option. .
