Just got number two of three approved today. Submitted on Feb 17.

When you consider the caliber of people working at the ATF, we are lucky any of these get approved in a timely manner, or at all. Average IQ of those folks is probably around 60. I had one approved at 30 days. I have two more pending and at 70 days and counting.

Got the first of three approvals in 30 days. Now have two pending. It has been about 45 days for the other two so far. No idea what the ATF is doing but it has slowed down. I am sure they are swamped.

There are a ton of them. Find one with the right reticle for you. Check the reviews.

I did not. But I am not the authority. If you call ATF, probably nobody will have a clue. My LGS did my application. They did not tell me to pull the brace off. Technically, it is now an SBR. So there is that.

Was told by my LGS that the ATF has halted the approval and application process for a while because Congress is working to stop the ATF. Supposedly the ATF resumed the process of taking registrations again. It may explain why the approvals have slowed down? Anybody else hear this?
