I handload my own shotshell capsules. I have to crimp hard with a roll crimp to stop that. With a taper crimp, they’ll come on back out from recoil in my 642.

I just bought a new 686 plus. Excellent quality as far as I'm concerned. 500 rnds in the past 2 weeks and not 1 huccup. As far as the lock, .. Has not been an issue.

I have a 686+ in 4".357... Shooting standard .38's in it is like shooting a pellet pistol... VERY comfortable.

I have a S&W police from 1927, and I shoot Rainiers out of it all day long. My bore is near perfect.

I got a 686+ about a month ago. One of the best purchases I have ever made. I have shot the crud out of it since I got it. The more ya shoot it, the better it gets.

I really only use the single press for NATO brass. It puts a whole lot of force on my Turret press, so, I just do those on the single stage.

I use nothing but Alliant.

On my snubby .38's, my preferences are; Bullseye, then Red Dot, then Green Dot. ( Can you tell I am an Alliant freak? )
