I'm considering one of the options JSE has in uppers, namely their 16" Wilson arms HBAR upper. Are these barrels good? What accuracy can I expect? Is it worth the weight over a m4 profile?

I'm stuck between PSA's 16" premium and their 16" chf uppers. Which one would be better from an accuracy standpoint, and what sort of accuracy can be reasonably expected from it?

I think it will- redfield locktighted in, should be steady unless there's something wrong internally

When clean? I do clean it after every outing. Would just leaving it with a few shots through it possibly cure this? (Assuming its not just my bad shooting)

Every time I shoot at paper, the first two shots print a wonderful, probably better than me pair. The only problem is that it's consistently almost two inches to the right of point of aim. Make the gun heavy. Put a good pad, MAYBE change the plug Out for a solid metal bar, if mobility is not an issue

7.62x54r and .308 (7.62x51) are not interchangeable. x54r is rimmed, and has a much more tapered shoulder. (Never heard of 7.62x45, except the Czech mg round)
