No difference. ACP is the acronym for Automatic Colt Pistol. Colt was the first to use John Brownings invention in 1908.

You know that without the provenance, that is a $500 to $1,500 gun. I wonder how many of our fellow posters here own a piece with historical provenance.

I really love my Colt revolvers, but I agree with a few other posters. If Colt would come out with new versions of the 1903 and 1908 pocket hammerless models, I think there would be a lot of folks lined up to buy them (including me).

All of the news stories surrounding this made for some interesting reading. One article said that this would have affected every state except Wisconsin and Illinois, because they don't issue concealed carry permits.

My local FFL guy had a situation today that he asked me about and I didn't know the answer. A customer bought a gun online. The seller (non-FFL individual) shipped the gun to this (buyers) FFL. After inspection, the buyer and seller agreed the gun would be returned. Can the FFL ship the gun...

Congratulations! Both are really nice... But I really like that Remington.

I'm in the process of reducing the numbers now... My wife and I just built what will be our retirement home. In the process of moving I realized that my hobby may have gotten a little out of hand over the years. I hope I don't have seller's remorse.
