New 9mm revolver offering from S&W

Like it. More revolver options the better. Too bad it probably has that stupid/ugly lock on the left side.

    Ruger's New 44SPL GP100--Got One!

Not good. Will be holding off.

    2017 - New Colt Cobra

Y'all are crazy! There is nothing manageable with a little snub-nose 2" barreled 357 mag. I have a Magnum Carry and put one or two cylinders worth of mags through it! Only shoot 38spl though it since, and carry hot +Ps. 38 +P is all that's needed for such small belly guns. I'm really looking...

    Affordable bolt action in 7.62x39??

My LGS has the 7.62x39 & 6.5 Grendel on order with the 20" HB. I'm going to get one of the 7.62s in either the Highlander or Multicam when they come in.

    Who likes their SR1911??

My SR1911 and CMD have both proved to be 100% reliable and accurate. I wouldn't choose one over the other but I think the CMD balances all little better than the full size.

    Best Glock Ever...G30S !

Recently I had the chance to review a G30S and believe it could possibly be the best Glock to date. If you like the G30, which I always have, it is all that but a little more compact. Double Tap 185 gr Nosler JHP: 1.809"; 5-rounds fired from a bench at 50'. I was worried that the slender...

    Ruger SR45 ridiculousness

    A 45c won't hold many rounds.

    SR45 vs 1911

How I came up with my results was by measuring the diameter around the grip, not from the widest point. Measuring from the widest points won't give a realistic measurement of how it would fit in a human hand.

    SR45 vs 1911

They are both good pistols. A 1911 is heavy and the SR45 is a little lighter but you do get the additional rounds. Not a comparison but I just recently did a review of the SR45, maybe it will help in one way or another. - http://lead-slinger.com/ruger-sr45

    Ruger SR45 ridiculousness

That probably wouldn't be a bad thing. SR40c for personal carry and the big bore SR45 for home defense. Good combo. Poor but gun rich...

    Ruger SR45 ridiculousness

So correct. But I don't plan on shooting it without a mag inserted so the magazine safety disconnect isn't an issue with me.

If it shoots like mine she's gonna be pleased.
