Walkalong,
Can you elaborate on how you reinforced you kids Winchester safes? I have been thinking about doing this to my safe after seeing my dads safe get opened by prying and bending the weak locking bolts.
I bought a Weatherby MK V in 338-378 last fall for elk season. It is an awesome rifle. NOT one regret in buying it. Now if I had to do it over again, I think I would still buy the Weatherby MK V but in 338 Lapua. The big Weatherby cartridge just doesn't have the aftermarket support that you...
I have a Nikko Model 60 Over/Under 12 ga. shotgun with dual triggers. I think it was made in the early 70'S. I was wondering if you have any information on this gun, specifically as to what it might be worth.
Thank You
Thomas
Thanks, For some reason, I had 85 gr on my mind. I feel kind of dumb now.
But anyways, on my question for future information, is it the weight or the length of the bullet that load data on should use for working up a load when info isn't readily available.
Thanks again
Thomas
I have a 6mm Remington rifle that I am getting ready to start loading for. I am going to use the Barnes 80gr TTSX bullet and want to use Varget powder. I can't find any data for this combo anywhere. I am going to have to start from scratch and find a load. Being that the copper Barnes bullet...
I sight in my .264 win mag and my 300 wby mag to be dead on at 400 yds. This way I always hold a low up to the 400 yrd shot and if over 400 yds I have time to range the exact distance and figure my hold over. The 22-250 gets set up to be dead on at 300 yds.
I have a friend that has a NIKKO Model 60 over/under 12ga. She is looking to get rid of it and asked me what it was would be worth. I have looked online for it and cant find any info on the gun. It is a nice looking gun, but I have no idea what to tell her it is worth.
Can anyone shed some...

I am going to start loading for a Desert Eagle in .50 AE. I am looking for a place to start. What bullets are recommended and what powders? I was looking in my Midway book and it looks like Speer has some nice bullets for it at not a too bad price.
Any info would be appreciated...
I have a 20 ga and a 17 hmr Handi. Both seem to be good guns, especially for the money. I hate the 20 ga though, I have had it since I was 10 and it kicks like a mule for some reason. But my son likes it so I let him shoot it. The 17 hmr is more accurate than I am. It shot a dime size...
