I’m a 16g fan. My dad had a 16 as his only shotgun when I was growing up. First shotgun I ever shot. He moved on to a 12 later. When he died I inherited the 16g. I bought more. I love a 16 on a 20 frame. It’s a great gauge.

Let me expand on my previous reply… I drive a lot. Last year 75k miles. My job covers 5 states. I carry my 43x everyday. Weekends, weekdays, wherever. So not vacation but everyday life. On a vacation I’m carrying the same. If I go to a stupid state…well… I sure do like my 43x.

I carry my 43x with 15 red mags everywhere.

Yeah, I would bring them home a little full and then bring home other ones and keep filling them until they were all the way full

You said the buckets were 25 lbs. that is at that height I guess. Any idea what a full bucket weighs? I have lots of full buckets but I’ve never weighed them.
