This is pretty much it, I started with that kit 6-7 years ago and I think it is a great starter set. I wouldn't buy many extras yet, start loading then decide what will work best for you once you get going and upgrade or add as you set fit.
I wouldn't worry about the reloading blocks yet...

I have pulled well over 1000 9mm and many .40sw bullets with this setup. Very, very few of the rounds have marks on them, the only ones that did were ones that either did not seat all the way or clamp enough, they only left shinny marks where the collet rubbed on its way out.
If I were to just want to develop loads at the range, I would have my brass presized and primed, and show up with a powder measure and seating die in a hand press.
I have had the same issue with both the RCBS press mounted swagger and bench swagger. I do not get a clean primer opening like you see others get in photos or videos. BTW, the RCBS swagger is very similar to the Dillon 600.

If you keep looking you will find everything you need at normal or close to normal pricing. Availability is getting better and will continue to get better.
