    I agree RCModel I am 79 and forget things sometimes and can't rack a slide anymore Revolvers are for me noe and I love them especially my Rugers. Tom

    I have a charter arms off duty 2inch blued 1100xxx' Can anyone tell me the date of birth and if this is one of the good ones or bad ones? It seems to shoot okat 10 yards but is not one of the smoothest revolvers I own. By the way this is a 38 special. Thanks in advance for any help. Tom

    Radagast Thanks for the ref to gunblast and the info on model 19 and other k frame revolvers believe me I will be careful and take good care of my 19-2 and 66-7. they both feel great and are fun to shoot. Any time u have any more info for this newbe it will be greatly appreciated...
