The Carolinas are not that great on ccw there are still a lot of gun control laws left over from Jim Crow. Virginia is much better than the Carolinas on guns. Having said that, there are many worse states than the Carolinas to live :)

If it is not condition one they are stupid. Well since officers are not usually ccw'ing I could see it unloaded with a full mag when not in a combat situation, but in combat it should be in condition one. I hi power in a good holster under condition one is as "safe" to the shooter as any...

lol, thanks a lot for the response and tough love :) I don't think it is a build as I have looked it over a bit more. The lower is CMMG, as is the barrell, and even the mag. The only marking on the bolt carrier is a "B". I am a bit anoyed that their is a scratch on the bolt for the rear...
