Of all the powder I have tried in my 458 they all have a decent amount of unburned powder as it is designed for low pressure but I must say there is no accuracy problems so I am not going to worry about it too much.

The decapper nut or "collect" is made of softer steel...you can clean the stripped threads out of the die body with a small screwdriver or trusty dental tool install a new decapper nut with a drop of oil...done....your die body is fine im sure.
