Never had a jam with my rifle I would attribute to the magazine, but we were ordered to download our mags to 28 rounds while stationed at Warrior base in the ROK.
Given all the bureaucratic nonsense we were burdened with, it was the least of our worries.
To this day, I do not see the point...
I initially started carrying at home to get a feel for where the IWB holster felt most comfortable, and see what prints or hurts.
Now I carry or have my pistol within reach at all times around the house.

I carry where I am not legally prohibited.
I avoid businesses with a 'disarmed customers' sign more out of principal than desire to follow their rules.
I don't know if the laser would be enough to energize the sheet, but GitD sheets are easy enough to come by, and would give immediate feedback of your shot placement.
Now you just need a laser pistol. :evil:

I factor in cost specifically pertaining to range time.
If I can't afford to shoot at the range with any kind of regularity, I forfeit both confidence in my weapon and proficiency to place the rounds where they need to go.
