Just for kicks take anything over your target range and run it again at the same setting. I do this on my 550 by having the sizer/trim die set the same as FL sizer die. Seems to make for more consistent sizes for me.
For those of you that process 223 brass on a 1050, how do you have your toolhead arranged? I would like to just run a decapper first and then size right after the priming station (priming stuff removed) then trim. Do I need to spread the load around the head more?

Edit. Ok I get it, my bad. Sorry.
Which ones am I using? Uh check title of thread. 75gr HPBT in 1-9 twist. So far in MY rifles they will stabilize but they are not very accurate. Tried several loads of H4895 and one load of varget so far. I may try some more or may just wait and get a little faster twist.
Didn't get to try the varget today. But I will. If I remember right I had shot some factory 75gr WAY back in the day so I thought there was a chance they might work.
Anybody shooting the hornady 75's in a 1-9? They make nice round holes at 200 just not very close together! I have tried a few different loads of H 4895 with not much success. Have a few loaded with Varget to try tomorrow so we will see. Am I wasting my time?
The air pump works good for me. Used a hose clamp big enough to go around the whole deal. Clamped as low as I could get it. My procedure is to leave it on while loading. Don't take a break with it on cause it will pack a few more 10ths in there. Of course you have to set your charge with it on...
33.3 of H 4895 gives me a cool barrel, mild shooting load that shoots lights out with those bullets. I use a lot of them. I get right at 3000 fps out of them.
Been looking at these rifles. Never laid my little paws on one yet so I'm wondering a couple things. When they say adjustable muzzle brake, what does that really mean? Never have had one and really don't think i have a need for it so can I take it off? Just cover up the threads right?
And can...
Well from their side of things they are probably bout 10,000 orders behind right now. Dealing with "where are my bullets" calls and emails all day. I'm a super nice guy but if I was dealing with that all day every day, I might get in mood too.
So far I think it's easier to keep track of it the more I have. So I'm thinking I'm gonna go through it all and start over when done. Well maybe use 3k or so. That might be better. Load a few times then load one last time and put it in the rainy day file.
