    With the Hornady as well you CAN remove the case at any location. Here is some interesting reading, this guy does seem to have something personal aginst Mike but he has some valid points http://www.cs.odu.edu/~rtompkin/hornady/blue.php Also Dillon Toolheads are just under $25 each...
