You should also consider Lone Wolf barrels. I've got two LW barrels and both have excellent fit/finish. One went into a Glock 37 and the other into an M&P 40C. cheers John

Thread update: I think I solved the tilting case problem by slightly stretching the retainer spring. Found this suggestion on another forum.
