I don't put much stock into surveys since you can get whatever results you want. I go by what I see and when I go to a range or gun store, I mostly see younger people.
I picked up these 30 Carbine bullets a couple years ago and I am getting around to loading them. So far I have only loaded Remington 110gr bullets and they don't have an exposed lead base like these bullets. Are these ok to shoot in an M1 Carbine without leading? The only powder I have is...
I had a CZ SP-01 and while it was different then my 1911's that I am used to, I never had an issue with it. I have read that the slide in the frame helps with accuracy and the CZ I had was pretty darn accurate........I could be wrong though and it wouldn't be the first time :)
I have owned 1 sig xo and 4 colts(70 series and three 1991) and none of them needed any sort of break in period. They all ran 100% from the start with factory ammo or my "good" reloads lol. I would have the occasional jam but that was because of a bad reload.
I have used about 4k of Wolf LPP and I only had one bad primer. They are a little harder to seat in my press but I just have to be careful when priming to make sure I give enough pressure. From what I have read Tula and Wolf are the same exact thing so I wouldn't hesitate to buy them.
I reload for all calibers I shoot but I mainly shoot 45 and 38 super. If I didn't reload then I wouldn't be able to afford to shoot steel challenge and IDPA at my local club.
I just bought some Nu Finish for about $8 at the local auto zone and put in a cap full of it. Make sure you run the tumbler and when you see clumps of the polish, take them and break them apart. Keep doing this until you dont see anymore clumps of it and run the tumbler for about 30 minutes to...
I was looking at Bear Creek's price list and I noticed they have a 115gr rn 30 carbine bullet for about $65/1000. That is a great price for plinking compared to everything else I have found and I was wondering if anyone has tried them.
I went into my local starbucks and the employees had no idea about the boycott but did say that they were unusually busy that day :)
I bought a coffee, coffee cake and a $20 giftcard for my gf as part of her gift.
