No paperwork. I'm not the BATF, nor do I want to cultivate the notion that gun transactions need paperwork. That's an invasion of privacy. In Colorado, just ask "are you legal"? Of course don't sell to sketchy people. I don't buy from people who ask for paperwork. Just sayin.
You can carry whatever you want( if it hasn't been deemed "illegal" ie. sawed of shotgun), 365 days a year. Denver proper thinks they are above the Constitution, so take heed there.
I was on a jury involving a DWI and firearm possesion. The man got the reduced DWAI (driving with ability impared) but not the gun charge. His 2nd Amendment rights don't end because he had beer in his car and happened to have a gun under his seat.
You have to register handguns in Michigan? Wow. That's BS. I thought there was a law against handgun registration- the 2nd Amendment. Cross off Michigan as another state that I would live in.
You have to have an ID to buy ammo in NJ?? That's BS. You ought to be able to buy it off the pallet by the thousands of rounds, no ID, no questions asked like we can out west. If you all know any anti-gun people, please dissuade them from moving out west. Thanks.
