after 1500 rounds through my mp-15 i have haven't had any sort of malfunction, save for working up loads, but i have seen a cartridge that "trainwrecked" pushed the bullet back into the case.

i usually get about 1.5 inches at 25 yards offhand for three rounds. more than five though and groups open up to about 2.5, even on a bench at fifty yards they open up to 2 inches (when i had a scope on it) i have a set of tech sights on it.
