Found my answer for Federal. Overall length is measured with the stock extended. And yes I do mean rifle sorry for the omission. The question remains about IL though. Michigan measures it collapsed. Thanks, Matt

I know a 44mag SWC is .430 inches. I need a bullet .415. Is it possible to size down a 44 mag SWC 7.5mils all the way around to .415? How many steps? Please keep in mind I will have to buy the custom sizes from Lee at $30 a pop. Thanks, Matt

That was the first place I checked. I am shooting a rifle and even under the pistol loads the lowest is 1631 with varget and a 300 gr bullet. Please show me where you found it. Thanks, Matt
