Maybe this is obvious, but just gotta say... I loaded a bunch of Spire point .30-30 rounds that I use in my Savage 170 pump rifle. Key is to only load one in the pipe and one in the mag tube. Works fine for me.
Most people that I know of, including me, immediately cull and recycle any AMERC cases. I've never seen them in 9mm, but any I get in .45 immediately get squished with pliers and tossed in the recycle bin. The problem I have with them is a complete lack of neck tension and/or the primer pockets...
Fred, do you have a link? I just went to the Hodgdon Reloading center for 9mm and don't see any Berry's plated bullets listed... I'd love to see them referenced by more mfr's.
I don't use the 124gr in 9mm...
For the 230gr RN plated (I have used Rainier) my recipe is:

I like them all separate, so I can move them around when I need/want. It depends on your work area and how much space you have. I used the biggest bolts that would fit in the holes of my presses. For Lee press, I think that may be 5/16 bolts, maybe 3/8, I don't remember. For the press itself...
