Sounds like my setup. Unless one of the furnaces blows up, the powder is safe. I've been reloading there for several years, first just shotgun, now several pistol calibers.
I have 1000 rnds of Berry's 200gn FP and Bullseye powder. I have not been able to find a recommended OAL or grains of powder. Anyone have any experience you would care to share?
I know I could start low and work my way up but hope to benefit from the boards experience.
I use a gauge to check each round. It's part of my overall inspection routine On a few thousand rounds of 40 SW for the Glocks, I have caught a few problems, primer not seated, or a slight bulge.
