I'd bet a dollar to donuts that someone had a brain-fart and meant 230 gr. Maybe they just got done testing a Judge with 255gr 45LC rounds and had that on their mind.
I don't know why. I don't want one. Neither do I want a 10mm Mag revolver (I'd prefer a 41Mag in that size range). But different strokes for different folks.
It sounds like the sort of thing someone might do just because, and I wondered if anyone had.
That's what I've always suspected: much of the bad rep of 22LR is from bulk-packed, cheap ammo and that quality 22LR is likely as reliable as 22WMR. At least, that's been my experience. Not that I don't buy bulk 22LR on occasion for cheap plinking, but I know what I'm getting when I do.
In addition to the Speer data above, Alliant lists a FP and a JHP load:

https://www.alliantpowder.com/reloaders/recipedetail.aspx?gtypeid=1&weight=147&shellid=23&bulletid=326
The load is for these four bullets:
#9924 124gr JHP V-Crown - OAL 1.09"
#8120 125gr FMJ - OAL 1.09"
#8125 125gr JHP - OAL 1.03"
#9925 125gr JHP V-Crown - OAL 1.03"
Edit to add: I believe the third one (#8125) is the 125gr Sports Master you mention in the OP...
FWIW, I have the Sierra reloading manual Edition IV (2019).
Their 9mm recipe for AA#7 using 124gr Sierra bullets is 5.0gr (start), 6.4gr (max), 7.1gr (+P max).
I've bought some of their "Bear Load" rounds in 357 Mag and 45 Colt, just to play around with in my Blackhawks, and have shot a couple hundred of their "Cowboy Load" 357 Mag rounds. No complaints here, either.
Hornady doesn't seem to list the rated velocity range for their bullets, anymore. My notes, from back when they still listed this, say that the 250gr 45 Colt XTP is rated at 800-1600fps. I always assumed that the closer you are to either end of the range, the less consistent things get, but...
