    so called cowboy "assault rifles"

But they have proposed banning bolt guns as "sniper rifles."

    Greatest invention in firearms history

My first thought was "smokeless powder", but agree that metallic cartridge beats it.

Pistol caliber (lever gun ) barrel length

IIRC, the Rossi rifle (24") models are factory tapped for a tang sight. The carbine (16"-20") models are not.

American Eagle 255 Grain .45 ACP?

I'd bet a dollar to donuts that someone had a brain-fart and meant 230 gr. Maybe they just got done testing a Judge with 255gr 45LC rounds and had that on their mind.

    10mm or .45 ACP?

I don't know why. I don't want one. Neither do I want a 10mm Mag revolver (I'd prefer a 41Mag in that size range). But different strokes for different folks. It sounds like the sort of thing someone might do just because, and I wondered if anyone had.

    22mag reliability

That's what I've always suspected: much of the bad rep of 22LR is from bulk-packed, cheap ammo and that quality 22LR is likely as reliable as 22WMR. At least, that's been my experience. Not that I don't buy bulk 22LR on occasion for cheap plinking, but I know what I'm getting when I do.

    10mm or .45 ACP?

People up-thread mentioned reaming 10mm revolvers out to 10mm Mag got me to wondering: Has anyone ever made a 45 Win Mag revolver?

    BE-86 9mm 147gr Load Data?

In addition to the Speer data above, Alliant lists a FP and a JHP load: https://www.alliantpowder.com/reloaders/recipedetail.aspx?gtypeid=1&weight=147&shellid=23&bulletid=348 https://www.alliantpowder.com/reloaders/recipedetail.aspx?gtypeid=1&weight=147&shellid=23&bulletid=326

45 Colt Loads and Position Sensitivity

Titegroup has a reputation for being position insensitive, or at least less position-sensitive than most.

    Less Used Powders

    The load is for these four bullets: #9924 124gr JHP V-Crown - OAL 1.09" #8120 125gr FMJ - OAL 1.09" #8125 125gr JHP - OAL 1.03" #9925 125gr JHP V-Crown - OAL 1.03" Edit to add: I believe the third one (#8125) is the 125gr Sports Master you mention in the OP...

    Less Used Powders

FWIW, I have the Sierra reloading manual Edition IV (2019). Their 9mm recipe for AA#7 using 124gr Sierra bullets is 5.0gr (start), 6.4gr (max), 7.1gr (+P max).

    Is HSM good ammo?

I've bought some of their "Bear Load" rounds in 357 Mag and 45 Colt, just to play around with in my Blackhawks, and have shot a couple hundred of their "Cowboy Load" 357 Mag rounds. No complaints here, either.

Do standard loadings of 45c or 45acp xtp bullets expand

Hornady doesn't seem to list the rated velocity range for their bullets, anymore. My notes, from back when they still listed this, say that the 250gr 45 Colt XTP is rated at 800-1600fps. I always assumed that the closer you are to either end of the range, the less consistent things get, but...

SO...what became of the 30 Super Carry?

I skimmed it. I love the idea. Looks like they had a few issues with it during testing.
