    Lyman primer flip tray help.

I dump primers in the tray and load the shiny side up primers. I then cover, flip, open and load the rest of the shiny side up primers. Contact Lyman over sticky lid, lightly sand around contact surfaces, place a little graphite or talc around contact surfaces, or follow other suggestions. I...

FCD Swages Bullets? These pictures say otherwise.

FCD works great, except with lead bullets where it has swaged my bullets.

    Power measure for stick powders

I find that the Lee Perfect Powder measure does a great job with stick powders. I have no idea why that cheap measure works so well, but it is my bench-mounted measure. It did leak with fine grain powders, but it wore in. If it leaks ans bench-mounted, just put paper below it to collect the...

    Old 9mm brass update….here goes

9x19 cases have the largest variation in wall thickness. When I reload, I always do a thumb push test after bullet seating but before crimp. Any cartridge where the bullet moves at all is thrown away I hate plated bullets and one issue has been undersized bullets. I prefer 357" bullets over 355...

Myth Busting 9mm R-P "thin" case wall notion

I reject cases that fail bullet grip test using test thumb. Never been any consistent brand. Never found any except for 9x19. Always do a push test after seating bullet

    Sort 9mm by headstamp?

If shooting a ½ MOA firearm, I'll sort cases. For 25 yds or less, Pistol or rifle, you are wasting time and feeding your OCD.

    use .38Super dies for 9mm????

I use a 9mm Mak Lee factory crimp die to bulge bust 9x19 cases, with lube. Go ahead and try a .38 Super sizing die on a 9x19 case and tell us. All I see is a damaged case web and a real step between the sized case length and the case length under the shell plate. If manufacturer’s thought it...

    Static cling on Lee dippers

The static cling goes away from residual graphite left by many powders

    Static cling on Lee dippers

Dip them in powdered graphite (harmless with all powders) or wash them in soapy warm water (but do not rinse off soap film, just air dry upside down) and static is a distant memory

    What powder for .25 acp?

CFE is slower, so pressure doesn't peak quite so quickly. I wouldn't use a fast powder, and I really wouldn't use TiteGroup. My initial choices would be slow powders with high bulk density (say True Blue and slower)
