there isn't enought voltage in a USB cable to push the signal very far.
as most USB devices are powered by the computer they are plugged into you'd have to send the electricity out to the device, and then the image back to the pc. so your actually going 2x the distance..
the numbers quoted in the artical are very suspect. I don't know if I've ever heard of someone going on vacation to view wildlife... maybe some of those fly in bear camps in alaska.... I'm thinking that the counted any vacation in which somoene might view animals as wildlife viewing.

I found, a local company that does custom hardware who is willing to polish it for me at a reasonable price. I'll post before and after pics.
Its worth it to me to pay a few bucks rather than mess with something when I don't know what i'm doing.
the streaks in it now are from my agressive...

best to take it to a firm that specalizes in them rather than a local gunsmith
10mm Law Enforcement Special
The problem I would think is there are allready so many cartriages out there that run the gamet of performance..
What problem was the 10mm trying to solve?

.357 Sig
.45 GAP
besides being sexy what is the reason I need one...

I got a VIP from byods and it was a little too inleted for my liking. the rear reciver bolt stuck up 1/8 of an inch which out of the reciever...
