I recently sold my ROA to another member of this forum, and later I looked at another ROA, 71/2" w/fixed sights for about 160 dollars more than I sold mine, and the thing was filthy whereas mine was near mint and with adjustable sights. I hope I can find another one like my first one, although...

    Ill fitting caps----Who's to blame

The "improved" Remington #10s fit fine on my ROA. Today, to have fun, I shot a percussion cap out of my air rifle and it popped upon impact, leaving a soot mark.

Experimental crossbow - What should a crossbow look like?

There are a couple of reverse draw compound crossbows made by Horton and Scorpyd respectively, you might be interested in examining, if you are not familiar with them.

Every day carry, what manufacturer are you choosing?

I used to carry a SOG, but now keep a Buck Rush clipped to my belt. A pocket knife is one of those things I grew up with. You can't get around not having one when you need a sharp tool on hand for some small task.

Hey! I'm new to this board, but I have a Ruger Old Army in stainless steel with the 7 1/2" barrel and adjustable sights. I'll post a pic when I figure out how to do it.
