Chicharrones, That's interesting. Exactly how did you achieve this? I may give it a try before returning the gun for repair. It may save me a lot of time.

I sprayed on some break free and gave the gun a good general cleaning and oiling. It works much better now. After working the saftey a few times it seems to have freed up.
