I disagree!
I prefer to stop them from entering my "bubble" by starting a conversation. I dont care if im rude to some people by not offering my hand. I keep them at least arms reach and try to conduct a civil conversation.
It depends on how much you want to shoot. For 38spl I can cast for 2 cents a round or get them shipped for 5 cents, thats not worth casting to me. Its all in how much your time is worth.
My dad posted a no carry sign on his front door to get under my skin. I got out a tape and explained that his sign was not large enough to be legal. Glad you got things worked out.
A 22 short will kill a bear if done right. The most important thing is using a caliber that is fair to the game it is being applied to. To me it is always vital that I bring down my game with one shot that kills instantly. It is not fair to let an animal suffer because you want to try to make...
I save a couple bucks reloading various calibers here and there. The amount of time I spend reloading is not equal to the savings. But the knowledge I gain and time I get to spend with brother is where its at.
I like to line multiples up in a row to catch my rounds. Usually shoot hp's and check the expansion. When we were kids we would hang them in trees and see who could drain them the fastest.
