    Home defense semi auto shotgun

Like I said I used a Mossberg 500 for years. If $800 was absolutely all I was going to spend I’d stick with the Mossberg or a 870 . We’re all in different positions financially and in just what we’re willing to spend but if you’re truly looking for a gun you would stake your life on I couldn’t...

    Home defense semi auto shotgun

That said, if I had it to do over I would have spent the extra money for two Beretta 1301 tacticals. They are truly a superior tactical shotgun. In the past I have always used a tricked out Mossberg 500 , but recently decided I wanted a semi. I ended up spending the money and getting the...

Can legal trusts be used to circumvent "non-transferable" clauses?

That should also apply to an individual ,but unfortunately our government seems to be straying more and more away from that every day I would also add , if you do not need a "permit/background check" to exercise your 1st amendment rights so why should you need it for your 2nd

    ok I messed up

well you can still vary the weight by hanging diff amounts of weight off the sling swivel , some guns just don't shoot free floated . I'm not sure what Weatherby currently does but most of there guns used to be press bedded

    ok I messed up

If shoots with press on the bbl and has a wood stock route/dremel out the forearm and glass in a pushrod to stabilize the forearm . Then clamp the bbl in a vise "soft jaws" and hang some weight from the front sling swivel when you bed the press pad , you can regulate the amount of press this way.

Did Gander Mountain do a good job parkerizing?

"All smiths make mistakes, but if they are willing to fix them I'll go back. They pay their smiths more then $10 an hour and they get benefits." I sure hope so , I quit working there about 14 yr's ago and I was making about 15.00 an hr then

I have recently purchased a model 12 LRPV in 22-250 so I went searching for savage forums , when I went to savage shooters it just seems to "lock up" . I noticed in thread some of you go there , has the sight been having problems or is it because I use firefox instead of IE . Also are there any...

Who is the best 1911 Pistolsmith in the USA?

I would call Bob Dunlap at PISCO "yes he is the AGI guy" but don't hold that against him . He knows how the 1911 works"better than most" and has worked with many factories on problems they could not solve and is also responsible for training at least a few hundred maybe thousand gunsmiths in his...
