1680 and 4227 seem to be the gotos when it comes to subs. Be careful with using H110 as with it filling so little of the case sometimes the flash hole can become exposed if the powder settles horizontally causing your entire load to ignite at once causing overpressure.

Yup just toss em in the furnace next casting session and skim off the burnt lump of pc.

I've heard of people pushing the PCed bullets up to 3200 fps. In the 300 blk community it is catching on quickly as it can pretty much eliminate lead buildup in cans not to mention seems to be the only way to print good groups with the subsonic cast bullets.

Pretty sure the Berry's I used to load in that weight were sitting over 4.4gr of W231 for me. Been a while since I've used them though, now stuck on Bayou Bullets 150gr SWC for 9mm.

No way to get an expander plug in that thing? I guess I'll have to try and rig something up with the adapter for the regular charging die with expander plug.

I was wondering has anyone done a mod on their PPM to make it auto return so you don't have to fiddle with the handle when loading faster. I'd imagine you could set it up to be very much like the Auto Disk or Pro Auto disk with minimal effort but I can't find any pictures or anything of anyone...

Powder coating is the way to go. Grab stuff from powder by the pound. Super easy to coat. Just dump some dry powder in a small container, drop in bullets, shake then bake. Eliminates leading if sized correctly and generally provides better accuracy. Also eliminates the need for gas checks...

Not using a piston, just a DI with an adjustable gas block. You can't even use piston with 300 blk as far as I know. I think I might have found a free float that will work (one that the rail bolts to the barrel nut assembly and not one that screws on). Just waiting on a reply from the seller...
