Thank you, and yes we did. This hunt was especially memorable because I took one of my best friends for the first time who had never hunted before and he was hooked. He really enjoyed the experience. Especially the eating part lol.

Moosehunt, thanks for your input and for being of no help whatsoever.. Wether it be our laws or not I would be wearing a helmet regardless when I ride the trails or the roads. The only time I dont is when doing yard work and plowing snow because they do get in the way, but speed is not an issue...

This is true, the factory Tamer stock is way to short and the grip is way to small for the average sized shooter. Makes it a pain to shoot and hard to get a quick sight picture plus the narrow, hard plastic butt doesnt help it any. Changing the stock to a standard type like the one pictured...

IMO other than being an HD shotgun the Tamer your thinking of is probablly best suited for what you need. It's a solid, reliable and compact shotgun. Great gun to teach kids with as well. A Coach style gun would propbablly fit your needs also, just a little heavier.

I thought the Tamer stock was made by Choate? The factory forearm was an exact match to the Choate butt stock I recieved.

The carrier is made by Beartooth. I like it because its tapered at one end and being made of neoprene it doesnt slide its way up the stock to the grip like the elastic ones. your not constantly having to readjust it.
