Shipped my 642 for warranty work a week and a half ago. Wonderingly how long it usually takes. The barrel had a small pit in it. Brand new (250 rds in one month), no lock.

My dad has one and I take I out a lot. After about 250-300 rounds she get too dirty and jams A LOT! the frame is cracked in the same place as the rest. He's had it for 1.5 years and I have no clue if they fixed that problem. Lifetime warranty for the first owner. Its a fun little gun and imma...

Hey buddy ol pal, I own guns. Its not my first. It'd be nice to have a 22 for the range to save some money. 9mm is cheap, 38sp is cheap too, but 22 is dirt cheap... it be nice to do huh... thanks for the short tempered, waste of time replies... they wont be necessary anymore.

It's inexpensive, about $125, its little, about the size of my wallet, and its super cheap to shoot... my pops has one, but the frame cracks by the chamber, and it has alot of problems around 200rds in one session. I can't one, w/out all the warranty work all the time. What are other options for...

It took some time, but the lead is out... I learned 3 things from this deal... 1) they call it lead fouling. 2) they call it pitting. 3) don't use that shoty blazer ammo anymore. Imma call s&w tomorrow.

There's a dent/chip inside my barrel. I've put 110 rounds through her since I got her a couple weeks ago. I'm not sure if its new or it was there when I purchased it. Its at about 12:15 and about a half inch from the ends of the barrel. Yesterday I put 50 rounds of some cheap arss blazer ammo...

Its like 90% clean. I can tell by the way the light reflects off said dent that it is a dent. But. I will keep pounding away until its 100% clean.

Well, its working pretty good. I've been working on it for about 20min. I now noticed the barrel has a dent/chip in it about half way down. In the barrel not outside. Could that be covered in the warranty?
